is a patented golf putting green concept that allows everyone, from the novice to the seasoned professional, to manually manipulate the putting surface to multiple desired slopes and pitches to represent a golf course green.  The putting surface contains adjustable segments which can be moved easily to create a changing slope. This exciting and flexible feature provides an endless variety of variations of this device and is available in widths of 4, 6 and 8 foot and lengths from 12 feet to any length. Mechanical manipulation sets slopes and pitches to varying degrees of difficulty for golfers, eventually resulting in the potential improvement of their golf game.  The more compact “Executive Green” models have been developed to capture the market which requires a smaller footprint and more economical price point. This product is currently being manufactured and will be available in early April 2008. The price points on all three models will be under $1100 USD and incorporate the same technology as the larger EXTREME GREEN models.

EXTREME GREEN was invented in 2003. Since then, a proto-type has been manufactured which allowed FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS INC. to test the product quality and marketability with more than 400 people including some of Canada’s top Golf Professionals and Canada’s top Junior Champion. The newest version of the product was introduced at the 2007 PGA Merchandising Show in Orlando, Florida, and the response is exciting. We believe this product will be a valuable practice putting device that will be offered to consumers in a compact and high-quality product and is ready for immediate shipping.

Industry Overview

The $62 billion dollar per year golf industry continues to grow as more people continue to learn about opportunities to enjoy life and the outdoors, golf will surely continue to be a dominant sport and pastime as well as being a business venue in an international marketplace.

EXTREME GREEN target customers include Golf Academies and Colleges, Casinos/Resorts, Event Rental Facilities, Grass Turf Installers and any golfer who is serious about improving his or her golf game. These customers include people of all ages, ethnic backgrounds and gender in lower middle to high net worth groups. These customers make up major markets in North America, Europe, Australia, China and Korea, as well as minor markets in many more countries throughout the world.

Competition and Differentiation

Competition in the putting green market consists of a large variety of options, from small inexpensive putting mats to expensive backyard landscapes. The EXTREME GREEN offers these markets a unique concept which gives an outdoor landscape quality to golf putting practice green installations. This concept enables FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS INC. to offer the following benefits:

- variation of slope and pitch in seconds
- durable all weather applications
- suitable for Indoor or Outdoor applications
- various sizes available
- modular – length can be added as desired
- portable
- high quality turf
- real golf putting green simulation
- training tool or entertainment

The Executive Green has been developed to reach a different target market. This Executive Green will:

- be more affordable, marketed at under a $1100
- take advantage of a larger market as a result of its price point
- smaller, making it easier to ship and display
- used as a selling tool for people marketing the larger models
- sold direct to the consumer through the website.

Manufacturing

We currently import our own aluminum design from China and have the plastic components manufactured locally. The finished product is assembled in our Abbotsford facility. Parts suppliers in Canada and China are ready for unlimited supply.

The Executive Green will go into production by April 2008 and the manufacturer of the die has completed the for the plastic components. As well, the die for the support base has been commissioned and we anticipate receiving enough product to initially manufacture 317 Executive Greens by April 2008.

Marketing Overview

FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS INC. introduced the EXTREME GREEN at the 2007 PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Florida, and is presently pursuing licensing and endorsement contracts throughout the United States. The “Executive Green”, which is a smaller more economical version of the EXTREME GREEN, and has been developed as a result of consumer trends information accumulated through display at various trade and consumer golf expo shows.

EXTREME GREEN will be promoted throughout the industry in various golf magazines, through infomercials on the golf channel, displays at Golf Expo shows and special events such as Pro Tournaments and Home Garden shows. EXTREME GREEN has already been exhibited at the following:

- 2007 PGA Merchandise Show, in Orlando, Florida
- Vancouver Golf & Travel Show, in Vancouver, BC
- LPGA tour venue through GINN Sports, in Orlando Florida
- LPGA tour venue through GINN Sports, in Charleston, S. Carolina
- Haggin Oaks Golf Show, Sacramento, California
- Irish Open, in Limerick, Ireland
- International Junior Golf Tour, Hilton Head, S. Carolina
- International Junior Golf Tour, Orlando, Florida

And are scheduled to appear at the following 2008 shows:
- Portland Golf Show, Portland, Oregon
- Southern California Golf Show, Long Beach, California
- Northern California Golf Show, San Mateo, California
- Northern California Golf Show, Pleasanton, California

These shows have provided our company with invaluable feed back for marketing the EXTREME GREEN to our target markets. Based on the results of test marketing we plan to increase market share with key marketing strategies, including:

- Direct Mail
- Strategic Magazine Ads
- Selected trade and consumer shows
- Infomercial
- Selected airtime

A number of buyers and/or professionals from university golf programs and golf academies have expressed strong interest in purchasing the EXTREME GREEN for their programs and have received specifications and price information for inclusion in their 2007/2008 budgets. Initially, EXTREME GREEN will be sold directly to the end users through golf expo shows, direct mail and the Internet.

SGP ENTERPRISES LLC. of Carson City, Nevada, USA has been retained to assist in the placement of the EXTREME GREEN for sale in more than 110 of the most powerful national and international retailers. This process was commenced April of 2007.

GNV Direct has been approached by FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS INC. and we are currently in discussions with GNV Direct to secure contracts with top PGA Touring Professionals to endorse the EXTREME GREEN. We plan to produce various 30 minute, 2 minute, 1 minute, and 30 second infomercials to be broadcast in specific golf related markets.

Advantage Financial Services, LLC. has approved FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS INC. as a vendor to finance commercial purchases of the EXTREME GREEN. We are currently negotiating for financing options for residential customers. This will enable customers to secure financing for purchases on our website.

Pricing

EXTREME GREEN will retail as a high end product in the putting green golf market segment. Pricing will be directly related to the size of the putting green. The direct to consumer suggested retail price list is outlined below. We have established wholesale and international pricing for resellers and foreign distributors.

Potential Profit

FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS INC.’s Gross Sales Revenue from the EXTREME GREEN and the Executive Green are expected to exceed $200,000 by Sept 30, 2008. The majority of expenses are allocated to marketing and cost of goods sold. Sales for the following years will increase dramatically as a result of implementing our expanded marketing plan.

There are approximately 26 million golfers in the United States. Six million of these are considered avid golfers who would play at least 4 rounds of golf per week. Our marketing campaign aims to reach this market. Initial test market results indicate a positive potential for sales in this market.
