Building upon the success of the Best Scrapbook Retailer System, FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS INC. discovered an even greater unfulfilled need of “better organizing systems” for every day crafters. An average crafter spends thousands of dollars per year purchasing crafting supplies and accessories and there is a tremendous need for well designed organizers for the crafter to maintain her/his Scrapbooking supplies and accessories in an efficient and organized manner.

To take advantage of this opportunity, FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS INC. developed a modular concept - “Mini Stackables” - to meet the organizing needs for Scrapbookers, Beaders, Seamstresses, Rock Collectors, Glass workers as well as other crafters or people who just want to organize their supplies. Best Craft Organizer includes cabinets, shelves and two sizes of drawers to store paper, craft supplies and accessories. These units were introduced to the marketplace at the Craft and Hobby Association (CHA) Show in Atlanta in February 2005 and again the initial response was overwhelmingly positive and supported with impressive sales throughout the scrapbook, craft, bead, business office and art industries. Mini Stackables and variations are being exhibited at 18 – 20 craft trade shows and/or consumer shows each year.

To date, product has been shipped to Canada, the United States including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Japan, Great Britain, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, India, Norway. In fact, while still completing the start-up phase for this system, and during the first full fiscal year, sales far surpassed initial expectations. An agreement has been made with Arnold’s Scrapbook & Craft Supply in Brisbane, Australia and Storage 4 Crafts in Devon, England, who has successfully commenced retail sales throughout their respective regions. Upon completion of those initial agreements, negotiations will be commenced with other interested distributors elsewhere.

The plastic components of Best Craft Organizer are manufactured in Agassiz, British Columbia, Canada. International demand has increased to the point where the wood components are being manufactured in China to maintain and increase profit margins. The China manufacturer has assured us of an unlimited product supply for our developing markets.

New markets are being developed as Best Craft Organizer gains support in Australia and Europe. We now have a distributor in Australia as well as the UK. These distributors have tested their markets over the last 8 months and their markets have grown to the point of ordering product in containers. Their websites are linked to ours.

Our website at www.bestcraftorganizer.com has proven so popular it is currently number one on the front page of Google and consistently first or second on the front page of Yahoo when searching "scrapbook shelf" or “craft organizer”. In 2006 on-line ordering of Best Craft Organizer products added to total sales for FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS INC. Our website has been included as a link by numerous Internet Retailers and Internet Newsletters. Website traffic will increase during the next quarter of 2007 as a result of implementing search engine marketing. Wholesalers are also given the opportunity to sell Best Craft Organizer products direct to consumers.

Pricing

Market research shows Best Craft Organizer must be competitively priced to dominate the market. Prices must also reflect a superior value and quality product that has distinctive benefits over competitive shelving units. We have determined there is a customer base that is demanding a less expensive version of the BEST CRAFT ORGANIZER. As a result, First Choice Products Inc. has developed our own “knock off” and called it the ”ORGANIZED CRAFTER” which has peaked the interest of the Canadian shopping channel and other TV Markets in the U.S., to be announced at a later date. Also, two major national department stores are preparing a direct mail campaign for this product. Introduction of this line to the larger box stores catering to the craft industry.

- advertising in consumer magazines.
- developing an e-commerce website.
- displaying product at consumer scrapbook, bead and other craft shows.
- creating a “Drop Ship” program for Scrapbook and Bead retail stores.
